I'M HOOVER.NICE TO MEET YOU.

​My husband is Thomas. We live in NW Fort Collins, where it's cool to have peacocks and no one would judge us if we grew hemp (to be clear we don't). We are the parents of three little world changers. Alder, Juniper and TBD (in utero) are our adventurers who have made our lives full and rich. The passion behind all we do is living out the Gospel of Jesus Christ. After we got married, Thomas and I started dreaming about how we were going to follow our passions and make a lasting impact. This began with living "small" in a 1950's aluminum Spartan travel trailer that we called home for our first 3 years of marriage. Through a full renovation of this trailer and subsequent homes, we realized two things- we loved creating beautiful spaces and we loved working together. With my experience as a real estate agent and designer, and Thomas' impressive skill set and drive, we began to hone our skills/processes through acquiring and rehabbing rental properties, flipping homes, and renovating spaces that we currently AirBNB. We have personally found real estate to be the best vehicle for the middle class to build wealth and are passionate about helping others take their first steps. So whether it's buying your first home, rehabbing a rental property, refreshing your 90's kitchen, or creating an outdoor living space, we are here to help! 

Outside of Design

Current Project 

When Thomas isn't swinging a hammer, you can find him climbing BIG mountains/rocks (wife brag moment- like El Cap, Everest, etc), kayaking, shooting rockets with our 4yr old, organizing his garage, or beautifying our yard.  When I'm not sourcing light fixtures or slinging real estate, I spend my days cooking, gardening, climbing, reading books to the littles or drinking patio margs with my ladies. ​

We just acquired a rundown ~1200 sqft 60's ranch in Highlander Heights.  We will be changing it from a 3b/1b to a 2b/2b home, adjusting the kitchen layout with one wall removal, cosmetic upgrades and some major landscaping love.
